Phantasmagoria

I saw you

this side of a dream

but it felt more like

a dream for it,

a world built all around

yet devoid of any

defining features,

the conscious

and the subconscious

fighting for dear life

to make sure

it stayed on this side

and not the one

of slumber

.

.

.

.
