And Kitty Wells sang on

There’s something random

that my mind goes back to

on occasion,

something silly someone said,

something they said

in seriousness under

the guise of a joke

that I joked about in

all seriousness,

but what they said didn’t matter

and what I said didn’t matter

because the radio

did not stop

for either of us
