if i could go back in time
to take back those words i said
in haste
then i would ask for forgiveness
in light of my mistakes
with remorse and all alacrity and
with apology and action, still vulnerable,
because love is still
and it’s always there
as it’s the past’s and future’s present
from one soul to another
in patience, in kindness, in selflessness
to love more each day, your love being
the only thing i’d want . . .
if i could go back in time
This is a little experiment of sorts. I realize it didn’t turn out that great but the intention is that it can be read top to bottom or bottom to top. I should have taken the Cormac McCarthy route and just let you imagine ALL of the punctuation (and believe you me, there’s a lot missing here) but c’est la vie 😉

Beautiful one. And read it twice. Top to bottom or bottom to top, anyways it’s beautiful. Loved it.

This is a lovely one. But I wonder why we humans can’t keep our traps shut in the first place. A grave malfunction that has devastating repercussions. 🙂

Good point, I just wish I could remember it when I need to keep my own trap shut 🙂
